Bangalore Palace<\/b><\/p>\n

The Majestic <\/a>Bangalore Palace is a symbol of great architecture and beauty. The palace is currently the central attraction in Bangalore which was built in the year 1878. The British parents of Chamarajendra Wadiyar bought the original property from their fund in 1873 from the Principal of Bangalore Central High School, Rev, J Garrett. The palace is spread over 45,000 square feet. A mixture of Tudor and Scottish Gothic architecture is visible in this palace. Apart from being a major tourist destination, the palace also provides space for various cultural events, rock shows and weddings. According to beliefs, King Chamarajendra Wadiyar drew inspiration from London’s Windsor Castle to build the palace. Kabban Park<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

Spread over an area of \u200b\u200b300 acres, Kabban Park is one of the major scenic spots in Bangalore, which is rich in lush green leaves. It is a green belt area of \u200b\u200bthe city and is an ideal place for nature lovers and those seeking a tranquil environment. After being determined by Lord Cubbon, the park was named in his honor. It is home to over 6,000 trees. Apart from being a scenic spot, some of the major structures of the city such as Attara Kacheri, Kabban Park Museum and Seshadri Iyer Memorial Park are also located here. Another famous attraction in Kabban Park is The Bangalore Aquarium, which is the second largest aquarium in India. Lal Bagh<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

The Lalbagh Botanical Garden is located in Bangalore and is a nationally and internationally renowned center for botanical artefacts, scientific study of plants and conservation of plants. Lal Bagh is spread over an area of \u200b\u200b240 acres in the center of the city, in which about 1,854 species of plants are found. It was commissioned by Hyder Ali in 1760 and completed by his son Tipu Sultan. The park has rare plants of French, Persian and Afghani origin and has the status of Government Botanical Garden. Lal Bagh Rock which is more than 3000 million years old is a major attraction.
